I do have to say I was a little skeptical of the Stay Put Blanket at first, and I was frustrated when my horse sprained his fetlock when his leg got caught in a blanket strap only days before receiving our Stay Put Blanket. But now I love our Stay Put Blanket! I don't worry about him hurting himself on his blanket anymore, it's water resistant and breathable! AND MACHINE WASHABLE!!!! I really like how the blanket moves with my horse, which means no rub marks. Because we participate in many shows, it is important for Image to maintain a healthy coat. I really like how the blanket moves with a horse's body, which means no rub marks. It also helps to keep a clean and short coat. In Tennessee the weather can be really chilly at night and warm up quickly during the day. This blanket is perfect for temperature changes. I'm definitely a big fan of the Stay Put Blanket.

I use it primarily for when my thoroughbred is in her stall, and also when bathing (especially in wintertime) to prevent chills and to help speed up drying time. Since my barn does not get very cold, I primarily use it when it's 40 degrees or below. Not that often in Georgia's moderate climate. I'm planning on buying another blanket for my big boy for this next cold season."
