Determining the right fit is extremely important to ensure your horse's comfort and safety. Measure your horse using a tape measure to determine your horse's size. If in doubt, go up one size for comfort. While the STAY-PUT BLANKET does stretch, it is still important to allow ample room for movement of your equine friend.
Begin at the middle of the horse's chest, continuing straight across the length of its body on its side, measuring from mid chest to mid tail. ORDER ONE SIZE LARGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD, unless your horse is extremely small boned. Horses with very muscular chests will need our special Plus Sizing.
