We are so confident that you will love the STAY-PUT BLANKET™ that we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. Try our blanket for 30 days, and if you are not satisfied, return it for a full product refund. Any other products returned must be in new, unused condition. All return ship dates must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please keep in mind that returns should be in good condition. We are more than happy to offer our Satisfaction Guarantee on the use, design, function and manufacturing of our product. Should there be damage to the product that is not related to manufacturer defects, we cannot be responsible for a return or exchange. In other words, please be aware of your horse and surroundings. We cannot guarantee against extenuating circumstances such as your horse, or other horses biting the blanket, nor sharp or rough surfaces such as barbed wire or cement walls.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it in good condition within 30 days. Items may be exchanged for a different size/color or different product within 30 days. To return or exchange an item, contact Lenore@IronHorseBlankets.com to receive a confirmation email to be enclosed in the return package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For your security, please ship your package using a trackable and insured mail service. Iron Horse Blankets™ is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
