We are more than happy to offer our Satisfaction Guarantee on the use, design, function and manufacturing of our product. Should there be damage to the product that is not related to manufacturer defects, we cannot be responsible for a return or exchange. In other words, please be aware of your horse and surroundings. We cannot guarantee against extenuating circumstances such as your horse, or other horses biting the blanket, nor sharp or rough surfaces such as barbed wire or cement walls.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event of manufacturing defect, items may be exchanged for a different size/color or different product within 30 days. To return or exchange an item, contact Lenore@IronHorseBlankets.com. If you have any questions please contact Lenore Graham at 877-672-5948. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For your security, please ship your package using a trackable and insured mail service. Iron Horse Blankets™ is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. Reminder: Return ship date must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
